How long will delivery take?
We from our side try our best to deliver your products in less than 7 working days. But it depends on how easily accessible the shipping address is and mode of transport available for remote places.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, by the following work day. Orders via cheque payments are sent out on the day we receive the payment.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive your invoice via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

How can I search for a certain product?
If you wish to search for a specific product, please use the search module, located in the header of the site or use the search module in sidebar on Shop Page. Fill in the information that you are looking for and if these can be found on the website, a list of matching results will be displayed.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you wish to change your order, you can do that till your order is in processing status or pending status. Please contact us on customer care no +852 23599944 or email us on info@hkselections.com Please also specify your order ID, which can be found in the order section.
I would like to receive additional information, that cannot be found on the website. What should I do?
We have tried to add as much information about the products that are available to us.
